TERMS OF SERVICE
Ordering a commission means you're agreeing to my terms of service!
♡︎GENERAL INFO♡︎
You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art
I can refuse the commission if I'm not sure of my abilities / I can't draw a character
Multiple commissions at once or over time are allowed
All examples of my art works are presented in my social profiles. Please don't demand anything supernatural from me. I draw according to my skills and capabilities
Don't ask me to draw in a different style
When you provide a reference of your character with a color palette section, it can happen that I will slightly change the colors / tones to make it suit my style. Those are never big changes, but if you want me to strictly go with the colors on the palette, please say so when you order a commission
By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request chargeback
♡︎PAYMENT PROCESS♡︎
I will accept Paypal/Cryptocurrency
I require full payment before I start the artwork
You pay a commission for the transfer
I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared and details are given
After confirming all the details of the commission, I will send a request for payment or a link to the payment (payment within 24 hours)
No refunds! If the Client files a chargeback request with Paypal, they will be automatically blacklisted and blocked
♡︎Time♡︎
The commission may take up to 2 months to be finished, depending on many factors such as other commercial commissions and the order of commissions. In case of any delays due to health problems etc. you will get notified;
If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date (example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form
Urgent commissions + 100% of the cost
♡︎CHANGES♡︎
I will send you a sketch before proceeding to the next step
There are 2 small edits available at the sketch stage
Large changes in the pose, outfit, composition are not allowed
If you want a WIP sent to you, let me know
Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten
If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for
♡︎COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY♡︎
Your commission may be posted on my social media and may be used to promote myself
Credits always have to be given if posted or used somewhere. You are not allowed to mark the commission as your own work
If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet I'll charge you an extra 30% fee of the total price

The prices shown below are the base prices for NON-COMMERCIAL purpose

❤︎ print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale
The cost may be higher depending on the complexity of the commission (complex design, quantity of details, long hair, dynamic pose)

A character with more complex lighting and composition + a simple or detailed background which expresses the character being in some kind of place/space. For this type, some parts of the body may get cut for the sake of image composition
